Made right here in Australia, Cement Australia's PROSTRENGTH® Rapid Set Concrete is designed to harden rapidly and deliver 40MPa* - twice the strength of a standard rapid set mix . Ideal for those more demanding jobs where higher strength is specified. Suitable for professional fencing, gates, commercial signs, retaining walls, sporting equipment installations and general building site and home projects.
* Note: This PROSTRENGTH® Rapid Set Concrete Mix compressive strength & Early Strength Development data was achieved under controlled laboratory conditions, at 23 degrees Centigrade. They should be used only as a guide to potential strength as various factors can impact final strength results.

STEP 1 Place the post or pole in the hole and provide support so it stands upright.
STEP 2 Measure out the correct amount of water and pour into the hole (2 litres of clean water per bag of PROSTRENGTH Rapid Set).
Only if needed, add small amounts of additional water (up to 0.2 litres per bag) if required. Excess water compromises strength.
STEP 3 Pour half of the bag of PRO STRENGTH Rapid Set Concrete into the hole ensuring it is evenly distributed around the post or pole without delay. Tamp the product around the post. Pour the remaining half of the bag into the hole and tamp the product adding additional water if required. Supports may be removed after 30 minutes
Tip: Clean all tools and equipment with water without delay after use.
- Concrete is not recommended for use with aluminium posts or poles unless these are primed or sealed according to the post manufacturers’ recommendation.
- Extreme temperatures will impact set time of PROStrength® Rapid Set Concrete. Not recommended for use below 10°C and above 35°C
- Do not add additional cement, sand, other aggregates or admixtures to the mix.
- The use of concrete mixers or tools to mix the material should be avoided as this product hardens quickly.
- Excess water will reduce the ultimate strength performance of this product.
- It is important that you are prepared to complete the project quickly as this product has fast setting properties.
- When using for posts, pre wet the hole if dry.
- Hot temperatures will impact set times, avoid working in direct sunlight.
- Clean all tools and equipment with water without delay after use
