Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program

We recognise the value graduates add to our business. So, we designed a program that gives you meaningful work, access to experienced mentors and the opportunity to learn and grow. We are an action-oriented company where not only will you be developed but your ideas and suggestions are also always welcome!

You will complete at least two rotations over two years, with the rotation number and length designed specifically for your discipline. You will be given day-to-day responsibilities, critical project work and both structured and on-the-job learning. At least one rotation will take you to a different site/location to broaden your knowledge and experience.

We will connect you with mentors and provide opportunities to network with other graduates. As a future leader of our business, it is important to us that you do "real work". Therefore you'll be exposed to the full breadth of our operations to work out where your career goals may be. You'll also have the opportunity to meet with, engage and present to senior leaders in our business to help develop those important soft skills to compliment the business and job/technical knowledge you have built.

Why join our program?

You aren't just a number.
Our Graduate program is consciously small. This enables us to give you meaningful work - "real work" - to help you learn and grow, personal mentoring and a career path that's as unique as you!

Solve real and critical issues.

What our Grads say...

"I expected the majority of my work was to complete tasks assigned under my supervisor. The reality is I soon realised I had more control over my work experiences and had a larger responsibility in my projects, and at times as the project manager."

"Due to the wide range of work, you learn so much in a short amount of time all with the practical backdrop of on-site engineering supported by a range of experienced people. "

"Working in supply chain and logistics is a dynamic environment. No two days are the same and there is always something to learn."

"I have gained a significant amount of knowledge in chemistry, cement, concrete, other SCMs (supplementary cementitious materials) as well as improved overall as an individual, how I interact with others and my ability to navigate through different challenges."
