Whether you need a quote, want to place an order, or simply have a question about one of our bulk or packaged products, Cement Australia’s Customer Support Services (CSS) team is here to help.

The CSS team provides support to the sales team and can help customers with order tracking and any issues that may arise.

Located in Darra, South-west of Brisbane, Cement Australia’s CSS centre takes, on average, 400 calls per day from customers around the nation.

The CSS centre is open from 6am-5pm EST Monday to Friday and 6am-2pm EST on Saturday. Orders can be made via fax, email or phone.
