Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director

Rob Davies joined Cement Australia as CEO in March 2012. An MBA graduate, with a Bachelor of Mineral Technology (Hons), Rob has extensive executive, senior management and operational experience in manufacturing environments in both New Zealand and Australia.  Prior to joining Cement Australia, Rob was the Chief Executive of Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts in New Zealand.

Keith Cameron

Keith Cameron

Chief Financial Officer

Keith joined Cement Australia in the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in July 2011, from Holcim Group Support (HGRS) based in Switzerland. Keith was previously responsible for implementation and maintenance of management accounting systems and performance indicators in more than 40 countries across the Holcim Group and has had wide experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Born and educated in South Africa, Keith is a Chartered Accountant holding Bachelors of Commerce and Accounting, and completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School Cambridge, USA in 2005.

 

Stephen Brass

General Manager – Operations

Steve joined our Railton operation in 2005 as Production Manager and in 2007 was promoted to Railton Operations Manager. In March 2011, Steve was appointed to the Executive team as General Manager Manufacturing and now oversees operations for all businesses including Cornwall Coal, Geocycle and Packaged Products, plus shipping and terminals, engineering and projects

Steve has a trade background in Manufacturing.

Kevin Savory

General Manager - Marketing, Sales & Distribution

Kevin Savory joined Cement Australia in 2000 (then QCL). His involvement across the business has been broad, and his current role sees him responsible for the national sales, marketing and distribution of Cement Australia's bulk and packaged cementitious products.

Prior to joining the business, Kevin was an army officer, specialising in logistics and he held roles with Incitec Ltd and Western Mining Corporation. He holds Bachelor of Arts, MBA and a Diploma of Company Directors.

Kristin Devlin

Group Head - Safety and Environment

Kristin Devlin joined Cement Australia in 2008 and has grown with the company over the past six years to be one of our leaders in the safety, environmental and sustainability space.  In April 2014 Kristin was appointed as Group Head - Safety and Environment accountable for the company wide safety and environment improvement programs.  

Kristin has a Masters Degree in Sustainability Science, a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honours) with a double major in Geography and Management.  Prior to joining Cement Australia Kristin was an officer of the Australian Navy including a number of tours of duty in the Middle East.

 

Rebecca Wells

General Manager- Human Resources

Rebecca Wells joined Cement Australia in early November 2012 as General Manager, Human Resources.

Rebecca started her career as a Lawyer working for a number of medium sized businesses covering a range of issues including Industrial Relations. She became increasingly interested in Human Resource management and decided to develop her career in that direction. Subsequently over the last 14 years Rebecca has built up a wealth of experience, here in Australia and off shore, working in senior HR roles across a range of sectors including child care, public health, mining and industrial materials with companies such as ABC Learning, BHP Billiton, Vale, Coffey International and BMA.

 

Sophie Evans

Sophie Evans

Group General Counsel & Company Secretary

Sophie commenced with Cement Australia as Corporate Counsel in October 2010 and was promoted to Group General Counsel and Company Secretary in August 2012.  Sophie has a Bachelor of Arts and Laws with Honours.

Prior to joining Cement Australia, Sophie worked as Corporate Counsel at Parmalat, a global milk manufacturing and distribution business.

Sophie has a broad experience in commercial law, risk management and compliance. She has a particular interest in competition law as she previously worked in enforcement at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
