Cement Australia is committed to sustainable development (SD) – meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

There are three pillars of SD – economic, environmental, and social – to which Cement Australia is committed. The priority areas for Cement Australia in terms of sustainable development are:
